Hello friends, thanks for visiting. As you might have noticed this isn't your average real estate website. That's because the guy behind it isn't your average Realtor. This site is designed to help you get to know me, the person who will be instrumental in helping you realize your real estate dreams. I want you to get a feel for who I am and what I'm about so you can be comfortable and our partnership will be fun and fruitful.

When I set about to plan and design this site I realized that to many sites were simply generic templates that let you pull dated or inaccurate information from them. It doesn't help you, as a cherished client, or me as someone who genuinely loves helping others with their real estate needs. That is why I have incorporated into my website my Virtual Office. This is a powerful tool that will allow you to do extensive searchs on properties that are available in the area. You can also create a Property Scout that will notify you when a property of your dreams comes on the market!

I have been selling real estate in Pinehurst, NC until I moved to Myrtle Beach. Add to that the super clients and friends that I have assisted in buying and selling and I know the ins and outs of all aspects of the purchase and sale of real estate. Everything from a good clean sale of ones childhood home to the big step of your first condo I'll be there with the knowledge and experience and compassion to back it up. I would be honored to give you a helping hand. I understand intrinsically the stress that can accompany such a major touchstone in one's life as home ownership and do my best to make it an easy breezy deal.

My goal is to make you feel like your sale or purchase was a great decision, an informed decision and that you had someone with only your best interests in mind holding your hand. I work 110% on my own transactions from the behind the scenes paperwork to hand delivering documents to you if need be. It's all about the customer, the Golden Rule and knowing that I have earned your trust, respect and your ultimate happiness.
